Nutty Cracker Delights
These crackers are buttery, mildly sweet with a little crunch.
Servings 42 crackers
- 42 club crackers
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup slivered almonds
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place the crackers on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantlty, for 2-minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Add the vanilla and stir to combine.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crackers are lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and cut between the crackers, if necessary.
Cool before serving.
Store in an air tight container.
