Chicken Tacos

Chicken Tacos are a great way to use leftover chicken. They are quick to make and are very filling.

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 4 soft taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup Mexican Cheese Blend, shredded


  • Put the water in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and stir until mixed well.
  • Once boiling, add the chicken and stir until coated with the taco seasoning.
  • Continue to cook until the water is almost boiled away.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Build your tacos using soft taco shells, lettuce, chicken, salsa and cheese, or your favorite taco toppings.
