Chicken Tacos are a great way to use leftover chicken. They are quick to make and are very filling.

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 4 soft taco shells
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup Mexican Cheese Blend, shredded
Put the water in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add the taco seasoning and stir until mixed well.
Once boiling, add the chicken and stir until coated with the taco seasoning.
Continue to cook until the water is almost boiled away.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Build your tacos using soft taco shells, lettuce, chicken, salsa and cheese, or your favorite taco toppings.
