Make Crescent Roll Buns
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and form it into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the crescent roll dough into a thin sheet, about 1/8 of an inch thick.
Cut ten 2 1/2-inch circles of dough.
Place circles of dough on a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat, or lightly grease the baking sheet with cooking oil spray.
Lightly sprinkle each dough circle with salt.
Bake until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
Remove the buns from the pan and cool them on a wire rack.
Once the buns have cooled, cut each on in half to make ten bottoms and ten tops.
Stir together ketchup, granulated garlic and chili powder. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix beef, salt, granulated onion and granulated garlic.
Divide into 10-portions and flatten each to a 2 1/2-inch patty that is about 1/2 inch thick.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Add the burgers in a single layer, being careful to not overcrowd.
Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the bottoms are brown.
Turn the burgers and cook another 4-6 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
Put a burger on a bottom bun, top with the spicy ketchup and relish then finish off with a top bun.
