Little Cheddar Meatloaves are a moist and tender individual meatloaf. They make delicious leftovers and they freeze well.

    Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
    2. In a bowl, beat the egg and milk.
    3. Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt until thoroughly mixed.
    4. Add the beef and mix well.
    5. Shape into eight loaves.
    6. Place in a greased 13-in. X 9-in. X 2-in. baking dish.
    7. Combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to make the sauce.
    8. Spoon the sauce over meatloaves.
    9. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160F.

    Little Cheddar Meatloaves are good to freeze. Wrap individually in wax paper, then foil, then in freezer bags. they are quick to defrost and/or warm up in the microwave.
