Hot Artichoke Dip is a cheesy dip that pairs well with Fritos Corn Chips.

    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Drain artichoke hearts very well, squeezing out the juice.
    3. Chop the artichokes into small pieces. Remove any tough leaves. I slice the artichoke hearts horizontally first so that the touch leaves stand out.
    4. Put the mayonnaise in a saucepan and warm over medium heat. Be careful not to scorch.
    5. Add the Parmesean cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
    6. Add the artichoke hearts and stir until warm.
    7. The dip is best served hot. We prefer serving with Fritos.
