Egg Noodles
Homemade Egg Noodles are simple to make and are so good in soups or served as a side dish.

    Instructions
    1. Put the egg in a large bowl.
    2. Use a fork to slightly beat the egg.
    3. Add the flour a couple of tablespoons at a time.
    4. Stir until the flour and egg are well-blended.
    5. Continue adding flour until a dough is formed.
    6. Roll the dough out to about 1/8-inch, or your desired thickness, onto a floured surface.
    7. Use a pizza cutting wheel or a sharp knife to cut the dough into 1/4-inch wide noodles, or your desired width.
    8. Lay the noodles on a cooling rack until you are ready to cook them.
    9. Add the noodles to boiling salt water until the noodles are tender. Drain and serve with olive oil or butter or add to your favorite soups or stews.
