Dairy-Free Lace Cookies
Dairy-Free Lace Cookies are a crunchy, sugary, thin cookie.
light brown sugar, packed
quick cooking oats
almonds, toasted and chopped
Preheat oven to 350F.
Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or line it with a silicone baking mat.
Cream vegan butter and sugar in an electric mixer.
Add oats, almonds and orange peel. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Drop by 1/2 teaspoons about two inches apart onto baking sheets.
Bake until flattened and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Cool 7-10 minutes on the cookie sheet then transfer to cooling racks to cool completely. If the cookies fall apart when removing from the cookie sheet, let them cool longer.
