    1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
    2. Add the onion, salt, pepper and paprika. Saute until the onion is transluscent.
    3. Add the chicken, sear for a couple minutes on each side.
    4. Reduce heat to medium-low.
    5. Cover and cook until chicken is done, about an hour.
    6. Remove from the heat.
    7. Place the chicken on a platter.
    8. Add soy milk and vegan butter to the sauce pan. Stir until blended.
    9. Add chicken and stir to coat in the sauce.
    10. Serve with homemade noodles.
